Loyalty Program (Diplomat)

Diplomat Lite is an SMS-based loyalty program built to boost restaurant and retail businesses by capturing customers and running constant-contact campaigns. The merchant Control Grid — shown for stores such as Furniture Mart — organises Loyalty Points, Reports, Employees, Certificates & Bills, Business Cards, and Web Showcase behind a red brand system powered by Technical Fingers. Supporting screens cover product showcase catalogs, customer-on-call engagement, and SMS loyalty messaging so new products reach the right audience without a separate CRM stack. Merchants use the app to turn walk-ins into a reachable database and keep regulars engaged between visits. I built the Android client with Java, XML layouts, and Retrofit-backed networking, and published it on Google Play for Diwan’s Durbar / Diplomat distribution.
