Pico-Bead Match Puzzle Game
Pico is a strategic bead-alignment puzzle built in Unity with C#. Players move beads into adjacent empty cells — including diagonals — to form three-in-a-row lines. The rules sit in the same family as tic-tac-toe, Picaria, three men’s morris, and Shisima, with short rounds for solo play, pass-and-play, online, and VS Pico against a CPU opponent. I worked on core mechanics, the AI move algorithm, UI, animation, and polish for the Savvy Games Studio release on Google Play.

Highlights
- Designed and implemented bead movement, adjacency rules, and three-in-a-row win detection in Unity/C#.
- Built the AI / CPU opponent algorithm for VS Pico mode — evaluating board state to block wins, create threats, and pick strong moves under turn time limits.
- Built solo and multiplayer flows so short strategic rounds stay clear and competitive.
- Shipped UI and piece animations that keep board state readable during play.
- Collaborated through pair programming on mechanics, polish, and store-ready builds.
- Tested across devices and tuned performance for smooth 2D gameplay.
